Anas gives Kennedy Agyapong 30 days to apologise to him and Kweku Baako or....

The Award winning Investigative journalist , Anas Aremeyaw Anas has ordered the Assign Central MP, Hon. Kennedy Ohene Agyapong to apologise to him and the editor-in-cheif of the New Crusading Guide newspaper, Mr. Kweku Baako Jnr. for defaming them or be appalled by the law.

In a Facebook post, the Tiger IP team leader indicated that the court ruling by Accra High Court directs Hon. Kennedy Agyapong to apologise to the complainant and also pay 130k as damages.

If one could remember , Anas and his Tiger IP team came out with an explosive exposé on galamsey last year February barely five weeks after his partner Ahmed Suale was gruesomely murdered, sending a signal that he(Anas) cannot be silenced. 

The exposé brought to the light a number of fraudulent deals of some top officials who are backstabbing Prez. Akufo-Addo in his fight against illegal mining. After this exposé, the Assign Central legislator came out with some allegations against Anas and Kweku Baako ,claiming they are also part in the galamsey business. 

However, Hon. Ken Agyapong failed to provide any form of evidence to buttress his claims and that, Mr. Baako took the case to the law  court which the court in it's final ruling ordered the controversial politician to use the same platform in defaming Anas and Kweku Baako to apologise and also pay 130k as damages to Mr. Baako.
