Jack Dorsey : CEO Of Twitter Reacts To Scammed Tweets

Numerous verified accounts on Twitter on Wednesday, July 15 ,2020 got compromised, in a wide range Crypto scam tweets. 

Therefore, most of the accounts affected included Elon Musk,Bill Gates,Barack Obama,Kim Kardashian,Apple,Kayne West and others. Meanwhile, according to Twitter Support they said, "We detected what we believe to be a coordinated social engineering attack by people who successfully targeted some of our employees with access to internal systems and tools."

Their source indicated that it was unlikely a Twitter who involved, but one way or the other,"Kirk" had access to internal tools and moved on to performing account takeovers later in the day. 

However, in a Tweet,he wrote, "Though day for us at Twitter. We all feel terrible this happened. We're diagnosed and will share everything we can when we have a more complete understanding of exactly what happened. 💜 to all our teammates working hard to make this right."
