The National Democratic Party (NDP) flagbearer, Nana Konadu Agyeman Rawlings has withdrawn from the 2020 Presidential elections.
This is decision is said to base om the demise of her husband, former President Jerry John Rawlings who passed on two weeks ago.
This comes barely 14 days to the December 7 general elections.
Reports say the NDP leader has informed the EC on her decision.
Meanwhile, the party is scheduled to address the press later today.
