The results below are certified results released by the EC this morning in a press conference.
The results show that the NPP has won 4 out of the some 7 regions in Ghana while NDC has won 3 regions.
Currently, the NPP is in the lead with 1,500,310 votes while the NDC obtained 1,458,621 votes.
