One person has been shot dead after allegedly attempting to snatch a ballot box at the Awutu Senya West constituency in the Central Region.
Poll closed at 5 PM on Monday December 7.
It was reported that the young man died on the spot after the gunshot.
The incident happened at the Obrakyere Polling center.
Eyewitnesses cannot as at this time tell where the gunshot came from.
