According to available data, the National Science and Maths Quiz (NSMQ) was won in 1994 by the Prempeh College, Kumasi while the defending champions as of now is the Presbyterian Boys' Secondary School,Legon.
Since 1994, a total of eleven (11) different schools have won the National Science and Maths Quiz contests.
