UTAG And NLC Court Case Adjourned To February 10

 

The court case between University Teachers Association of Ghana(UTAG) and the National Labour Authority (NLC) has been adjourned to February 10,2022.

Justice Frank Rockson Aboadwe has adjourned the case brought before his court by the National Labour Commission (NLC) against the striking University Teachers Association of Ghana (UTAG), asking the two parties to settle their issue out.

UTAG was dragged to court by NLC and the case was expected to be attended to, today February 3,2022.

He directed them to report back on Thursday, February 10.
